**Framing Carpenter Wanted**

Pocket House, a CSA manufacturer of luxury park models and recreational modular homes, is seeking a skilled and experienced Framing Carpenter to join our growing team We specialize in unique and innovative home designs, and require additional trades people with the expertise to bring our vision to life.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 3+ years of framing experience, with a focus on residential construction
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- In-depth knowledge of framing techniques and building codes
- Proficient in operating telehandler, scissor lift, and other lifting equipment
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, including saws, nail guns, and laser levels
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Commitment to safety regulations and best practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
