**Role: Program Manager, BHive**

**Overview**:
BHive is a Start-up Incubator located in the heart of City of Brampton’s Innovation District and enables entrepreneurs through Canada’s Start-up Visa Program (SUV). This IRCC program helps innovative, scalable, job-creating companies relocate to Canada and make the Great White North their new home. Over the Virtual + In Person Incubation Program, clients learn the ins-and-outs of the Canadian landscape in hopes to successfully launch or expand their company in the new market.

**About the Job**:

- Lead seminars, workshops, pitch sessions and other programming to support start-up Founders
- Follow best practices and execute upon outlined content and curriculum of the Program while continuously improving BHive program offering
- Design and develop new curriculum and programming initiatives
- Lead research for supplementary learning for Founders
- Create and maintain online portal and digital resources for Founders
- Assist with building relationships with Mentors, Advisors and Stakeholders during the Program
- Liaise with Intake Team and Marketing Team to collect and share information and success stories about Founders
- Participate in company events, workshops, information sessions, etc.
- Support event logistics for BHive and other community events
- Support with process and system implementation
- Support in data collection and reporting
- Manage Client’s journey in CRM tool
- Willingness to on occasion, work outside standard 9-5

**About You**:

- College or University degree in business or a similar field of study
- MBA considered an asset
- 3-5 years’ experience in business, start-up incubation, event management, consulting or product management role (preferred)
- Knowledge of the start-up ecosystem (preferred)
- Previous experience in a start-up environment
- Must be able to multitask and take initiative
- Experience with business plan creation and assessment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, while working independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Authorized to work in Canada

**Compensation**:
$70,000 - $80,000 + benefits
