About the Position: The Military Lifestyle Coordinator, based in Oromocto, New Brunswick, supports and serves the families of Canadian Armed Forces members through a wide range of support programs. Possibility of employment starting virtually, with transition to in person (office setting) once in the area.

Position title: Military Lifestyle Coordinator

Position type: Full-Time

Languages: Written and spoken competencies in English and French essential

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible to accommodate program delivery)

Screening required: Enhanced Reliability Screening

Salary and benefits: $39,000 to $45,000 (Pro-rated, based on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities **Responsible for the development and delivery of military lifestyle workshops and support programs across New Brunswick. ** Maintain and facilitate community partnerships. **Act as point of contact and facilitate referral services that support families experiencing lifestyle issues. ** Responsible to connect with and to promote programs and services throughout New Brunswick specifically targeting Reservist communities and extended military family members. **Ensure distribution of Deployment and Reunion resources as required. ** Maintain up to date listing and knowledge of community resources for information and referral.

Qualifications **Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program design, communications, community outreach or adult education. ** Experience in working with community resources and creating partnerships. **Experience in creating, coordinating and facilitation of programs. ** Experience in client service and case management. **Knowledge of military lifestyle and resources is a strong asset. ** Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Skills**:Excellent communication skills. ** Ability to facilitate programs among diverse groups. **Team work skills. ** Excellent organizational and record keeping skills. **Experience with budget planning and management. ** Strong computer skills.

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
