As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, suppliers, and logistics partners. Your primary focus will be to streamline the flow of goods and materials from procurement to distribution, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the operations and innovations team to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Through our system, maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Work closely with production teams to schedule manufacturing activities based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery to various locations.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain supply chain best practices, policies, and procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance.
- Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, conducting performance assessments and fostering strong partnerships.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (nice to have)

Proven experience working in supply chain coordination, logistics, or related roles.

**Salary**: $35,588.44-$122,917.64 per year
