**Main responsibilities and key activities**
- Deal with alarm signals
- Provide customer service
- Perform technical procedures

**Job profile and requirements**
- Secondary school diploma (DES)
- Level of Professional studies (DEP) in call center or dispatch (asset)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Good keyboard fingering (about 30 words/minute)
- Act with rigor and professionalism
- Good stress management
- Sense of urgency
- Easy to communicate and excellent interpersonal relations
- Ability to work in a team
- Have a sense of responsibility
- IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT BILINGUALISM IS ESSENTIAL
