**What we’re looking for**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our brokerage as a Systems Administrator. This role will report to the Director of Property Management and will serve as the primary liaison for all IT-related matters and assist in Human Resources administrative functions. This is a critical role that will be responsible for managing sensitive information will perform various administrative tasks to support our operations. Must have a strong work ethic and be trustworthy with confidential information.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in IT support or systems administration preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- A Bachelor’s degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, liaising with external IT vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of systems and software.
- Manage and organize data using spreadsheets and perform data analysis as required.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and schedule interviews with applicants. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Track employee hardware, including computers, phones, and other devices. Order hardware as needed and assist with setup and configuration.
- Assist in the setup and onboarding of new software and programs for employees. Provide training and support as needed to ensure smooth adoption.
- Assist in managing Buildium portfolios and maintaining accurate records of property information and financial data.
- Generate monthly portfolio lists and compile net portfolio numbers for reporting purposes. Provide insights and analysis as needed to support decision-making.
- Track commissions and incentives for employees.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

- 9:00am-5:00pm

**Salary**:

- $50,000 - $60,000
- Extended health and dental benefits after 3 months
