**Key Responsibilities**:
- Carve a variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken, shrimps, salmon, etc.) with precision and consistency.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while carving at live stations.
- Ensure meats are prepared, presented, and served according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor and manage the freshness of the meat, ensuring timely carving and replenishment.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and availability of meats.
- Maintain clean carving stations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Sharpen and maintain knives and carving equipment regularly.
- Assist with meat preparation, seasoning, and roasting as needed.
