Mixologist

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food pairings with drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Uphold all local laws regarding alcohol service and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering processes.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent math skills for accurate measurement and pricing of drinks.
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle high-volume service efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- A passion for mixology, including knowledge of current trends in cocktails and beverages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
