Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Amazon Coordinator takes care of orders received through online platforms. They manage and update the company brand pages in addition to providing excellent customer service by answering customer questions and working with all departments to ensure the smoothness of operations.

They act as the bearer of the organization's values and perform all other related tasks, all in accordance with LRI internal procedures and rules.

**Responsibilities**:
**1-** **Orders coordination 60%**

1. Receive purchase orders and align them with the inventory.

2. Compute orders in the Excel sheet for approval by the Purchasing Manager.

3. Proceed with orders when approved and send the request to the warehouse.

4. Having a general understanding of the warehouse and its procedures.

5. Send advanced ship notice once the order is shipped.

6. Receiving Bulk Orders and aligning with Purchasing to ensure stock is or will be available.

7. Compare and analyze internal invoices with the Amazon invoices to ensure compliance.

8. Receive claims from Amazon and proceed with investigation in collaboration with the warehouse team.

9. Analyze sales and adjust products following established minimum parameters of profits.

10. Maintaining order related data for Purchasing (Amazon Order Master, Reasons why SKUs were rejected, and an order cancellation file).

12. Having a general understanding of Purchasing to make decisions regarding listings, stock, etc.

14. Receive Purchase Order Cancellation Claims and proceed with investigation in collaboration with the Warehouse team.

**2-** **Support and administration 40%**

1. Collect data and produce report to establish strategy with the Purchasing Manager.

2. Maintain and update products in the Amazon catalog (images, titles, specifications, descriptions, price increases/decreases).

3. Provide description and specifications of the products and update them if necessary.

4. Update company file on the Amazon website such as entering closure dates for Holidays.

5. Updating and maintain Amazon fulfillment center information with the accounting department (notifying of changes to existing information or adding new information).

4. Possess a positive attitude and be a team player.

5. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

**Job Requirements**

1. Certificate or college diploma related to e-commerce is an asset.

2. 2 years of experience in a similar job.

3. Experience in the board games industry is an asset.

4. Proficiency with the MS Office suite including a good knowledge of Excel.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
