**Description du poste**:
En tant qu'agent de sécurité au 555 Midtown, vous serez responsable de maintenir la sécurité du bâtiment et de ses occupants pendant le quart de jour. Vous serez positionné à l'entrée principale, offrant une présence visible pour dissuader tout problème de sécurité potentiel, surveillant les points d'entrée et de sortie, et répondant aux situations liées à la sécurité au fur et à mesure qu'elles surviennent.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Surveiller les entrées, sorties et les environs du bâtiment à l'aide d'équipements de surveillance.
- Effectuer des vérifications régulières de la sécurité des lieux, en veillant à ce que toutes les zones soient sécurisées et en bon état.
- Appliquer les politiques d'accès au bâtiment.
- Répondre aux alarmes et incidents, en coordonnant avec les services d'urgence si nécessaire.
- Signaler immédiatement tous les problèmes ou irrégularités liés à la sécurité à la gestion du bâtiment.
- Assister les locataires et visiteurs avec des demandes générales tout en maintenant un environnement sécurisé.
- Tenir un registre des activités quotidiennes, des incidents et des événements significatifs.
- Accueillir les locataires et visiteurs de manière professionnelle et courtoise à l'entrée principale du bâtiment.

**Exigences**:

- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Licence valide d'agent de sécurité au Québec.
- Une expérience préalable dans la sécurité ou un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à rester vigilant pendant de longues périodes.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à rester calme en situation d'urgence.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Connaissance des protocoles de sécurité et des procédures d'urgence.
- Capacité à effectuer des patrouilles régulières, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, en fonction des conditions météorologiques.
- Fiabilité, ponctualité et professionnalisme en apparence et en comportement.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team.

As a Security Guard at 555 Midtown, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the building and its occupants during the day shift. You will be stationed at the main lobby, providing a visible presence to deter any potential security issues, monitor the entrance and exit points, and respond to security-related matters as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor building entrances, exits, and surrounding areas using surveillance equipment.
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises, ensuring all areas are secure and in good condition.
- Enforce building access policies.
- Respond to alarms and incidents, coordinating with emergency services if necessary.
- Report all security-related issues or irregularities to building management immediately.
- Assist tenants and visitors with general inquiries as needed while maintaining a secure environment.
- Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and any significant occurrences.
- Greet tenants and visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the building's main entrance.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French and English).
- Valid Security Guard license in Quebec.
- Previous experience in security or related fields is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert for extended periods of time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to perform routine patrols, both inside and outside, in varying weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
