Steam Conductor

We are looking to find a dedicated and experienced STEM/STEAM individual be apart of a rapidly growing child education and development company
- Coordinates the delivery of STEAM programs and activities with teachers/administrators, including scheduling, logistics, and resources.
- Collaborates with educators to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the STEAM program.
- Communicates regularly with teachers/administrators to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide updates on program progress.
- Maintains accurate records of the program delivery
- Follows up with teachers for feedback on the programs and activities
- Assists in decisions regarding hiring and managing of STEAM staff
- Stays current with developments and advancements in STEAM education, programs, and resources
- Report problems, successes, opportunities and current happenings to the Management team
- Work with company team of Program Developer, Director and Staff Coordinator
- Represents the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote STEAM programs and build partnerships
- Help creates Plan of Actions and Itineraries for all STEAM based programs/Events
- Grow with the organization as we expand

**Experience**:

- Working with students between k-8
- Teaching experience is a priority
- Experience facilitating First Lego League teams or other robotics programs

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Familiar with Ontario Curriculum (Science and Math)
- Product knowledge and familiarity of LEGO
- Teaching Accreditation (preferred)
