**Your Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, repair, and service gas and electric appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, washers, dryers, and more.
- Perform safety checks and ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot appliance issues efficiently, providing clear explanations and solutions to customers.
- Repair and maintain refrigeration cooling systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience during every service call.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and advancements in appliance technology.

**What You Bring**
- A valid **BC Level C Gas Appliance Repair Certificate** is required.
- A valid **Refrigeration Cooling System Repair Certificate** is required.
- Experience in appliance servicing and repair (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Experience repairing and servicing refrigeration systems (including refrigerators, freezers, and coolers).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver large appliances as needed.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.
