Toronto, Canada Great Lakes Brewpub Full time

The Brewpub is located in the growing East Bayfront community on downtown Toronto’s beautiful waterfront, where we will be brewing small innovative batches of our beer and pairing them with a creative food program.

**The Retail Sales Role**:
We are looking for a beer expert to lead the Brewpub’s retail experience and represent the GLB values in everything that you do. The ‘right fit’ has in depth knowledge of the brewing process, beer styles and sensory evaluation.

**Functional Competencies**:

- Act as product expert by engaging with guests about the GLB brand and brewing philosophy, assisting guests with pairings
- Work with Retail Lead to execute tastings
- Generate sales through in depth product knowledge
- Work with Retail Lead to manage inventory
- Ability to work holidays and weekends

**Education & Experience**:

- Customer facing experience - Hospitality, sales or retail role
- Tracking inventory and managing stock
- Online order management + fulfillment
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Square
- Smart Serve certified
- Prudhomme or Cicerone certification is nice to have

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
