Fibreglass Laminator

Position Overview:
Our team is seeking 1 fiberglass laminator to work in a fast-paced boat building and repair environment. This position will be laying up hulls with the team in the mold shop.

**Benefits**:
This position is permanent full-time. We offer a competitive wage based on experience, ranging from $18 per hour to $22 per hour, Group Insurance, paid Holiday shutdown, and a bonus of $2.50/hr if 40 are hours worked.

Work Environment:
Outside and in the shop, repetitive tasks heavy lifting, wet/damp, work from heights aboard fishing vessels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- cutting material
- glassing the sets to decks and bulkheads
- glassing panels, grinding, cleaning and assisting with other work.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

- High School or equivalent
- Dependable, organized and a team player
- Experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train
- Organization, numeracy and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license, own transportation, etc.
- Steel toed boots (all other PPE is provided)
