Grader Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Operates a grader to complete tasks such as grading, and moving materials such as dirt, rocks and other types of aggregate
- Operate the grader in a safe and appropriate manner
- Maintain equipment, oil, grease, service, and adjustments
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
- May perform other related duties as required

**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience operating a grader
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Requires good manual dexterity
- May be bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Able to travel and work away from home

**Certificates Needed**:

- WHIMIS
- CSTS (Construction Safety Training System)

- Ability to follow directions and take initiative
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stettler, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
