**Position Mandate**

The Head of Supply Chain and Quality is a core member of the Lubecore Team and is based in our Head Office in Campbellville, Ontario. The Head of Supply Chain and Quality reports to the Integrator and is responsible for the supply chain management, order fulfillment and quality of an automated lubrication company. The Head of Supply Chain and Quality will help grow the Lubecore group of companies, by leading and managing quality, and supply chain initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor the supply chain, quality, and order fulfillment teams
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships
- Analyze data and trends to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall supply chain performance
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure proper storage and distribution of goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge: Ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to warehouse equipment
- Order picking: Proficient in accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment
- Warehouse management system: Experience working with warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage orders, and optimize workflows
- Warehouse distribution: Familiarity with the processes involved in receiving, storing, and distributing goods within a warehouse environment
- Heavy lifting: Ability to lift and move heavy objects or materials as required in a warehouse setting

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of supply chain, and quality experience (in Automated Lubrication Systems preferred)
- Industry experience in mobile equipment and transportation equipment preferred
- Successful implementation of Lean & Black Belt Projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven project management and process development skills
- Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with vendors and customers
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture initiatives and foresee risks, challenges, and needs to be addressed
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
