We currently have full-time, temporary employment opportunities available in our Customer Service department for Customer Service (Call Center) Representatives. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service.
- Our full-time position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) and our part-time position requires 3 shifts (8 hours) weekly, between the operating hours of:

- Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
- You will be responsible for:

- Documenting and tracking compliments, complaints, requests for assistance, product and service inquiries.
- Teaching customers how to use our websites and phone apps.
- Working closely with our Ecommerce Team Leads and Personal Delivery Assistants to resolve customers concerns regarding online shopping orders.
- Providing support for the Bulk Gift Card program and reception coverage.
- You have:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM min.
- You are:

- Outgoing and love to interact with customers over the phone.
- A great multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A sound analytical, critical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
- Able to adapt and learn new skills within an always changing and faced paced environment.
