We are looking for a **full time** reliable, dependable and hardworking individual to be one of our Service Techs for our **Edmonton Branch. **We support work-life balance and offer competitive wages, RRSP and Health and Dental Benefits. **Job Purpose**:
The Service Technician’s primary function is to proudly provide the highest level of customer service. To also maintain strong relationships with clients and continue to strengthen our reputation in the industry and our community as industry leaders and service providers.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Train Junior Service Technician to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service Lux products
- Safely operate service vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized service vehicle and tools
- Proactively prepare and load vehicle with parts and tools to perform daily service jobs
- Maintain detailed paperwork, job notes/requirements and recommendations
- Protect service site prior to beginning work
- Clean service site during and following service
- Ensure client is satisfied
- Manage time efficiently to consistently meet appointments times
- React quickly to changing internal and external business conditions and propose effective alternatives.
- Manage and resolve potentially stressful and difficult situations by involving the right people at the right time.
- Gain a clear understanding of all Lux Windows and Doors products and parts. Respond quickly and efficiently to internal and external customers
- Identify and report recurring problems or issues such as product defects or process issues
- Adhere to safe work practices
**Qualification**:
- 3+ years of window and door service experience
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
- Able to lift 80lbs consistently
- Excellent customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with your hands
- Strong organizational abilities
- Strong communication abilities
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-starter that is organized and wants to positively impact the company and clients
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Actively engage at any opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Unwavering commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and project management excellence
