**What you will do**: As a Store Manager for Dulux Paints, you will be responsible to lead your business in the same way you would as if you owned it personally. You will be the customer service leader in your store. You will drive sales through the excellent service and care you and your team provide to our customers. You'll keep everyone safe, and protect our assets by being highly organized. You will keep an impeccable workplace and you'll constantly strive to do things better. You will be physically active handling paint in pails and gallons most of the time. You will exhibit a sense of store pride, high energy and leadership at all times

**What you need to bring**:

- A high school diploma. Completion of a post-secondary program preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Service role, with 2 years of that or more being in a formal position of supervisor or manager.
- Full availability - 40 hours, 7 days per week including 6:30AM start time, 5 days per week.
- The ability to lift 50-70lbs regularly.
- Reliable source of transportation - you will need to visit other stores in the market regularly.
- Fluent in English, Oral and Written.
- Proven leadership qualities with a teamwork mentality.
- The confidence to assess the customer's needs, advise solutions and make logical decisions quickly.
