Triple C Farm is a family run farm that provides opportunities for adults with special needs to learn crucial life skills, and be productive in a safe and inclusive environment.

Part of the life skills curriculum is learning independent living skills. As such there are individuals living in the farm house and we require staff for overnight supervision.

Please note: there are animals on property as well as animals living in the home. Must be comfortable around animals.

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder as well as fasd.
- Main position is an overnight sleeping shift while the residents are asleep.
- morning shift requires supporting indivuals in their morning routine
- getting up, dressed appropriately, personal hygiene, preparing and eating breakfast, taking medications, and heading to work on the farm.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies as necessary
- Support individuals in developing social skills and promoting independence
- Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals with autism and fasd.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

Perfect position for PSW, student studying social sciences, EA, ECE, mental health programs.
- Experience/and or knowledge working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, or developmemtal delays an asset
- Knowledge of autism interventions and behavior management techniques beneficial
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each individual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with soecial needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
