We’re looking for a client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join us on a commission-only basis. The ideal role for someone wanting to increase earning potential without the burden of overhead costs, allowing you to fully leverage your experience and client network. As a commission -only aesthetician your income potential is directly ties to the results you can achieve and the relationships you build.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide Exceptional Treatments: Perform a range of advanced services, including laser treatment, microneedling, body contouring, medical-grade peels, facial, and other specialty skin treatments.
- Consultations and Homecare : Advise clients on the best products and treatments, creating a personalized homecare routine to ensure long-term skin health and beauty.
- Client Retention and Relationship Building: Building and maintaining a loyal client base by providing an exceptional level of service and trust to our clients.
- Product Sales and Recommendations: Recommend products that will enhance and support the clients goal for their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain Clinic Standards: Ensure that all treatment rooms are always in pristine condition reflecting The Best You’s commitment to excellence. A welcoming space for clients to relax and enjoy their treatments.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in Medical Aesthetics - Must have a valid aesthetician license or certification (Provide certification at interview)
- Client-Focused Service Approach - Strong communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales - Knowledgeable with all products and services and comfortable to recommending to all clients.
- Initiative - Able to work independently, part of a team, in a fast paced, result driven clinic.
- Commitment - Passion for skincare and beauty, with a desire for continuous learning and
- professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
