This position will be based out of our Burnside office with opportunities to assist in rare coverage at our Westshore office. In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide the key first impression.

**What you’ll do**:
- Be the key person knowing who is coming and going.
- Welcome walk-in clients and trades at our busy head office.
- Provide keys to trades and property residents.
- Answer a multi-line switchboard and direct calls to our 55+ team members as you will be processing a high volume of requests by council members, homeowners, and residents.
- Navigate the computer quickly: phone portal, electronic in/out board, database, and Outlook.
- Reconcile and deposit cash payments.

**The Details**:
**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated customer service excellence; a minimum of 1-2 years in a service-based role is preferred.
- Cash handling experience.
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system or switchboard.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language along with above-standard verbal and written communication skills.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check.
**Position Details**:
- $40,000-50,000 annually.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Burnside office location (20 Burnside Rd West).
- Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, with a 1-hour unpaid meal break; 37.5 hour work week.
