Qualifications:
Essentail:

- Experience performing clerical/administrative functions which may include data entry, word-processing, reception duties, and the tracking and distribution of files
- Experience performing basic accounting functions which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash collections, budgeting etc.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in processing documents
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgement.
- Customer service experience addressing issues and requests from a variety of stakeholders and the public
- Ability to problem-solve a variety of situations where independent judgement is necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with departmental staff, external agencies, other professionals, and the general public
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Effective written communication skills

**Duties**:
The incumbent is responsible for providing a wide range of services within an assigned administrative unit, including inFACT accounts, procurement, maintaining Fleet vehicles, filing and admin duties for multiple programs, telecommunication requests, reception and back up for travel. This position provides a critical role to the administrative team and support delivery within the Eastman region.
