Bins 4 Shredding is looking to fill the position of Operations Coordinator in our Operations Department.

Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our entire team through a robust knowledge of BINS4 Shredding products, processes, programs and suppliers. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for wearing a number of ‘hats’ to ultimately assist in the development and performance of our operations by working with the Operations Manager and General Manager.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountability**:

- Oversee procurement, sourcing, and contracting of materials, supplies, equipment and services
- Process purchase orders, ensuring detail and accuracy
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and operations
- Be able to source new vendors, track orders and provide shipment updates
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with incoming calls when necessary
- Monitor and assist flow of orders from department to department
- Coordinator logistics companies (e.g. truck carriers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Update or create new product codes when necessary
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work effortlessly within a team
- Maintain strong, ongoing knowledge of BINS4 Shredding product line
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV considered an asset
