**Hair and Makeup - Theatre Practitioner Level 3**:
This is a term position from January 20 - 25, 2025.

**The Opportunity**:
Banff Centre is looking for a Theatre Practitioner Level 3 - Hair and Makeup who can work collaboratively to provide support for Why Not Theatre's performance of Mahabharata: The Journey Begins.
**Specific Accountabilities**:
- Assist with hair and makeup for both live performance and video capture on site.
- Assisting with fitting hair pieces and wigs for cast members.
**Qualification and Educational Requirements**:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a working practitioner in their discipline within a Theatre or Performing Arts production environment
- Has completed a formal theatre education
- Must have a working knowledge of the theories and practices that support this discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to work with tight, changing timelines in a fast paced environment
**Special Requirements**:
**Employment Terms & Benefits**:
- This position pays between $27.17 and $31.51 per hour, depending on experience, working up to 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule.
