RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate the Quarantine and Release of raw materials with supporting documentation, traceability, suitability and generation of raw materials specifications where applicable with the QA department.
- Coordinate closely with departments to assure a seamless supply of raw materials, consumables and supplies available for GMP Manufacturing, including forecasting project and production requirements.
- Coordinate with departments the timely execution of raw material sampling.- Support Drug Product shipments and sample shipments as required.- Performs regular inventory reconciliation and promote inventory accuracy; ensuring that inventory discrepancies are researched and reconciled in a timely manner identifying root causes- Coordinate the costing and bill of materials for invoicing clients as per service schedule requirements with management and accounting.- Review inventories for potential expired, rejected/non-conforming, defective, or obsolete material in collaboration with manufacturing, finance and QA.
- Oversee procurement for the initiation, creation, communication, reconciliation and approval of purchase requests, vendor information, return to vendor authorizations, credit requests and reference documents for completion of the purchasing process from origin to delivery.
