**Nous recherchons actuellement un Directeur de Succursale expérimenté, spécialisé dans les produits de toiture résidentiels et commerciaux pour l'une de nos succursales à Laval, QC.**
**Objectif du poste**:
Le rôle principal du directeur de succursale est de diriger le fonctionnement efficace de la succursale ; Remplir les missions de l'entreprise consistant à fournir des produits de qualité et des niveaux de service élevés tout en continuant à développer l'entreprise de manière rentable.
**La description**:
- Opérations - Assurer une exploitation efficace et rentable des magasins et des centres de distribution.
- Ventes/service client - Garantir un service client rapide et efficace et une croissance rentable des ventes
- Personnel - Maintenir un personnel adéquat pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise et des clients de la manière la plus efficace et la plus économique.
- Finances - S'assurer que les objectifs de rentabilité sont atteints grâce à la croissance des ventes, à l'amélioration des marges et au contrôle des dépenses
**Conditions**:
- Baccalauréat (B.A.) en affaires ou en commerce d'un collège ou d'une université; cinq à dix ans d'expérience et/ou de formation connexe; ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience/formation est indispensable.
- Compétences éprouvées en leadership et en supervision avec au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la supervision d'employés.
- Capacité de lire des états financiers, de calculer des chiffres et des montants tels que des remises, des intérêts, des commissions, des proportions, des pourcentages, une superficie, une circonférence et un volume.
- Capacité à rédiger des rapports, de la correspondance commerciale et des manuels de procédures.
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et DBS
- Un permis de conduire valide est indispensable.

**We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager, specialized in residential and commercial roofing products for one of our locations in Laval, QC.**
**Position objective**:
The Branch Manager’s primary role is to direct the efficient operation of the Branch; Fulfill the Corporate Missions of providing quality products and high levels of service while continuing to grow the business profitably.
**Description**:
- **Operations **- Ensure efficient and profitable store and distribution centre operations.
- **Sales/customer service **- Guarantee prompt, efficient customer service and profitable sales growth
- **Personnel **- Maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customers’ needs in the most efficient and economical manner.
- **Financials **- Ensure profitability goals are met through sales growth, margins improvement and expense control
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or commerce degree from college or university; five to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/training is a must.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with at least five years’ experience managing and supervising employees.
- Ability to read financial statements, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DBS
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
