We are looking for a driven **Inside Sales Representative **to join our incredible team. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to generate leads and qualify business with both existing and prospective clients. As the first point of contact for potential customers, your skills will enable you to develop a good understanding of the current and future needs of Cloudhawk and our product offerings.

Ideally, you have some experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales and will be focused primarily on small business customers. You are passionate about what you do; where others see roadblocks, you see opportunity. CloudHawk is a growing team - your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

**As a key member of our Sales team, you will**:

- Respond to inbound leads in a timely and effective manner, converting these leads into closed business
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products and services to existing customers
- Develop a strong understanding of the CloudHawk product value and be able to present this to prospective clients in person, via phone, and through virtual product demos
- Create quotations and proposals using HubSpot (CRM)

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years of corporate sales experience, ideally with a focus on B2B software/hardware solution sales
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
- The ability to craft creative solutions that meet customer business goals with the appropriate products and services
- A good understanding of concepts, such as ARR, MRR, churn, etc.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the passion and drive to push deals across the finish line
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have experience selling GPS tracking and/or Electronic Log (ELD) solutions or other technology products in the transportation logistics industry.
- Are fluent in a second language such as French or Spanish
