- Perform manicures and pedicures following proper techniques and sanitation protocols.
- Advertise product/business door to door.
- Attract new customers.
- Be able to service lash extensions
- Be able to wax (strip/sugar)
- Provide nail art designs and creative solutions to meet client preferences
- Offer retail products and upsell services to enhance the client experience
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Be able to sell products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Proven experience as a beauty technician or similar role for five years plus
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Be able to learn quickly and adapt to new skills and techniques.
- Be able to train other new employees.
- If there are issues with another worker’s service quality, they should be able to help the other worker.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Experience in body waxing is a plus
