Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a team of sales advisor, training, open houses. facilitating and managing the buying and selling and listing of properties while providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers
- Show properties to prospective buyers
- Advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions
- Coordinate property closings and oversee signing of documents
- Train and built our resale team division

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele
- Knowledge of property management practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Administrative proficiency to handle documentation and contracts
- Prior experience as a real estate agent or management roles is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
