**Who We Are**

Hutton Safety Group is a progressive health and safety management consulting firm headquartered in Calgary with operations across Western Canada. We are the “in house, out of house” health and safety department for our clients. We use technology and automation to deliver our clientele efficient and effective programs that engage all levels of their company and remove the administrative burden of Health and Safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Quality Analysis of incoming client documents (hazard ID’s, inspections, toolbox meetings, hazard assessments, etc.)
- Monitoring client compliance on vendor management websites (ISNetworld, Complyworks, Avetta, etc.)
- Updating client documents and preparing presentations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Drafting client communications (monthly newsletters, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage project specific onboarding and orientations
- Develop and manage project requirements matrixes
- Managing subcontractor pre-qualification and preferred vendor lists
- Assisting with project documentation development
- Booking courses, health testing, training, etc. for workers
- Assisting with completion of RFP’s and bid packages
- Managing site/project specific onboarding database
- Coordinate and Manage site/project HSE project files and deliverables
- Regularly communicate with Project Management, Superintendents, etc. at our clients
- Review and disseminate key vendor communications to client’s workforce
- Uphold task management software (Asana)
- Backfill for administrative team during vacations, absences, etc.
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned and required

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3 years HSE experience is required
- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with MS Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive
- Familiarity with Adobe Pro
- Familiarity with web-based tools such as Asana, JotForm, WorkHub, RingCentral, or similar would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail - position entails working with a high volume of similar documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage concurrent projects
- Comfortable communicating and working with all levels of our organization as well as external clientele
- Highly motivated personality that is conscientious and willing to learn and develop existing processes for further efficiency
- Commitment to continuously improve our processes and systems. We would love to see someone who is process driven thrive in this role
- Desire to develop and educate both personally and professionally
- Ability to accommodate cyclical client demands week to week

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
