**JOB TITLE**: Mobility Buyer
**COMPANY**: Ontario Medical Supply Inc / Medical Pharmacies Group Limited

**REPORTING TO**: Manager, Inventory & Purchasing

**PURPOSE**:
The Mobility Buyer is responsible for providing flawless purchasing execution to achieve optimum inventory levels over assigned portfolio. This person will also ensure that various key stakeholder relationships of both internal and external are maintained in a professional and collaborative manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execution of inventory replenishment activities based on purchasing advice reports
- Review, revise and improve all monitoring of inventory levels in various warehouse sites
- Introduce improvements to the purchasing process
- Collaborate with colleagues to minimize response times on departmental action items. Manage and mitigate purchase orders with respect to order details, quality and on time delivery.
- Guide and support activities of the Purchaser team
- Provides guidance and assistance to stakeholders through the order to delivery functions.
- Expedites outstanding purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are consistently achieved.
- Provides support to inter-company flow of materials between warehouses.
- Supplier interaction and resolution on Purchase Order to invoice discrepancies, returns, short shipments, etc.
- Adherence to Company and Procurement policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5 years or more of experience as a buyer or purchasing agent preferably purchasing medical supplies and equipment
- Professional Purchasing accreditation is considered a strong asset.
- Must be highly organized with an ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of supply chain practices.
- Solid judgment along with decision making skills.
