General Labourer

Responsible for performing a variety physical labour tasks in order to assist with the completion of Masonry, Tile, Design-Build Landscape, Decks & Fencing projects, using a variety of tools and equipment. The general labourer will perform the following duties:

- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment used to complete carpentry and masonry duties, including: chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete
- Perform land clearing activities
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
- Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies and hand lifting/carrying
- Assist Foreman with job-related tasks
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Show avidness to learn/be trained in a variety of trade skills
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent stamina
- Ability to work outdoors

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
