As a Hospitality Worker in the role of a Cleaner/Room Service Worker, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality establishments. Your responsibilities will include:
**Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and organized.

**Guest Services**:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Deliver requested items, such as extra pillows, blankets, or toiletries, to guest rooms.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary.

**Safety and Security**:
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Follow established security protocols to protect guest privacy and property.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

**Teamwork and Communication**:
Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate guest requests and room availability.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
