Job Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandise standards, policies and procedures of all assigned stores-
- Implement floor set package designs that complement new merchandising strategies-
- Handle inventory and display of merchandise in store-
- Maintain records of planogram changes-
- Some ordering/purchasing may be required-
- Monitor and ensure store compliance to merchandising planogram-
- Train stores on merchandising techniques and strategies**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision-
- Daily access to a reliable vehicle to visit stores-
- Strong attention to detail. Cutting corners is not something you are comfortable with.-
- Reasonable knowledge of Outlook and Excel-
- Strong interpersonal skills - the role will involve interacting with customers, store staff (including managers) and head office category managers.-
- Ability to move products and shelves on a daily basis.
