**Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, accessories, and services to enhance their motorcycle experience.
- Process parts and service orders accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, payment processing, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments, manage work orders, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, including motorcycles, parts, and accessories, and stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Keep the Powerhouse Department clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and accessories, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
