**Department Overview**
- The Wealth Investment Office (WIO) is committed to providing institutional-grade investment strategy, portfolio management and goals-based models and portfolios for advisors and their clients. We set the standard for investment strategy at TD Wealth empowering advisors and portfolio managers with the wisdom, knowledge and tools to execute a scalable and consistent approach for portfolio management across TD Bank Group’s Wealth Management division.
- WIO is also a marketing center driving a financial markets communication and engagement ecosystem that includes publishing compelling commentary and creating digital investment content. WIO plays a role in the education and ongoing support of TD Wealth advisors through numerous internal and client-facing publications, presentations, conferences and conference calls for advisors, prospects and clients.
**Job Details**
- As part of the WIO marketing team, you will facilitate the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support the overall business strategy. Your focus would include planning and executing thought leadership campaigns, events, new product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and creating compelling collateral materials.
- Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end campaign support including design, development, launch, and tracking of marketing effectiveness measurement and reporting
- Execute marketing plans, including operating and promotional calendars and programs, developing thought leadership, leading new product/service launches introductions and other marketing projects
- Manage conferences, events and sponsorships (annual conference, regional summits and roadshows)
- Analyze marketing campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives
- Work closely with the WIO team, including managers, analysts and writers, to publish and distribute investment commentary
- Create and maintain collateral to support the business's objectives and raise brand awareness. This includes creating pitchbooks, presentations, factsheets, whitepapers, brochures and videos
- Collaborate with various business partners, such as marketing, compliance, branding and external vendors to develop engaging marketing initiatives
- Partner with the WIO Investment Management and Investment Consulting teams to improve client management strategy
- Understand marketing materials currently available and assess how to leverage materials to avoid duplication and potentially improve processes across teams
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes strategic alignment to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of challenges.
**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or related discipline
- 5+ years of related marketing experience
- Investment industry experience and/or knowledge of financial markets and investment/sales/marketing strategies
- Effective communications skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter with ability to effectively work with various teams across the organization with multiple stakeholders and to influence and align others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, innovative, and highly organized
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- PowerPoint (Develop and maintain presentations)
- MS Office suite: MS Word, Excel and Outlook (excellent formatting skills required)
- Bilingualism is an asset
