At The Fit Club, we provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals seeking to improve their health and fitness. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals through customized fitness programs, with exceptional coaching and built in accountability.

As our Lead Nurturer/Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our gym. Your main responsibility will be to nurture leads and convert them into satisfied members. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively executing our lead nurture systems and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.

The Lead Nurturer role requires a rhythmic workflow, 1-2 hours/day, and can be flexible/remote. Compensation will be hourly, with bonuses for appointment shows. The Sales Person role requires in-gym training on our systems and approx 10-15 hours a week for scheduled sales appointments. Compensation is commission based. Full time hours will be required a few times a year to cover vacation time. This role has the potential to grow into a permanent full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Nurture leads through personalized communication channels, such as phone and texting.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our gym offerings and membership packages, and effectively communicate their value to potential members.
- Utilize the lead nurture system to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Execute trained sales strategies to generate new leads and close membership sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and enhance conversion rates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in gym membership sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in lead nurturing, lead management, and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Professional, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential members.
- Demonstrated caring and empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
