En qualité de spécialiste des services financiers, vous dispensez des conseils de vente et de service de grande qualité dans le domaine des services financiers dans le but d’établir et d’approfondir des relations avec la clientèle. Vous êtes chargé de stimuler la croissance des ventes des produits de placement et d’assurance vie par la prospection extérieure et l’acquisition de nouveaux clients, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires et selon des pratiques de vente conformes aux normes applicables.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Contribuer au développement et à la croissance durable des actifs sous gestion de l’agence et fournir des services de placement axés sur le client, notamment des fonds distincts et des solutions de fonds communs de placement.
- S’engager avec les clients éventuels pour construire de manière proactive un entonnoir de prospection et élaborer des plans de marketing pour promouvoir des services-conseils financiers à valeur ajoutée. -Analyser les besoins, examiner les objectifs financiers des clients, faire des recommandations conformes aux exigences de la règle «Bien connaître son client», ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et documenter les recommandations et les changements.
- Examiner régulièrement les plans de placement des clients et repérer des occasions supplémentaires de recueillir des actifs.
- Participer à des événements pour faire la promotion de la marque, et développer et tisser des liens avec la collectivité pour améliorer la visibilité du cabinet et maximiser les nouvelles occasions d’affaires.

**À quoi s’attendre**:

- Déplacements occasionnels; vous devez avoir votre propre véhicule, un permis de conduire valide et une assurance en vigueur.
- Heures de travail prolongées, notamment les soirs et la fin de semaine.
- Respect de la confidentialité des renseignements personnels sur le client, notamment les antécédents médicaux et la situation financière.
- Malgré les obstacles, vous ne renoncez pas à atteindre vos objectifs avec détermination et optimisme et vous affectez le temps et les ressources nécessaires de manière à gérer efficacement le portefeuille de vente.
- Vous élaborez des plans efficaces visant à augmenter la pénétration du marché et faites preuve d’esprit novateur pour améliorer les efficacités opérationnelles du point de vue du client.
- Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication pour influencer ou persuader les autres à adopter un plan d’action précis et vous contribuez efficacement à trouver des solutions mutuellement avantageuses.
