**$1500 Sign-on Bonus**
** $500 at six weeks and $1000 at six months of employment **

**Schedule Options: (Overtime hours may vary)**

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 4:00 AM

**Skill Level**:1 - 3 years of experience operating mills and lathes

As a Machinist, you will control nearly every aspect of the manufacturing process by setting up the machines, ensuring proper maintenance, and operating to manufacture a quality product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup and operate CNC & manual machines
- Work from process sheets, drawings, or instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks
- Follow the standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Maintain machine and work area in a clean and safe manner
- Inspect parts throughout the process and use power tools when necessary
- Document production data in the shop floor reporting system
- Work in other departments as assigned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong ability to use measurement tools such as calipers
- Physically able to stand for the entire shift and handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components
- Communication skills; read and comprehend instructions and complete simple logs and reports in English
- Strong commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures and utilizing provided safety equipment
- Knowledge of basic machining practices and materials
- General mechanical knowledge
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Basic Math Skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating a mill or lathe
- General welding knowledge
