**About this Position**
Reporting to the VP of Projects, this position requires an enthusiastic and experienced professional with excellent knowledge of current electrical, building, and municipal codes and regulations. The Service Manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The Service Manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as Territorial's products and services.
**Jobs & Responsibilities**
- Delegate and direct service team, monitor the progress of current projects, and ensure successful completion of projects
- Provide quotes to clients and budget projects as requested
- Oversee all department operations and assist with providing quarterly reports to VP Projects
- Lead bi-weekly Safety Meetings
- Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures
- Handle client complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Audit work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, and processing new orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, clients and owners.
- Help to train new employees in company procedures.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations.
- Ensure client specific requirements, processes, safety protocols, and procedures are followed.
**Education & Experience**:
- Knowledge of Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint
- Basic understanding of the Blue Beam Studio Suite an asset
- Experience with Accubid an asset
- Business accumen an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $86,000.00-$94,000.00 per year
