**Nos attentes**

Le gérant de département agit en tant que représentant de l’entreprise auprès de son équipe. Il motive, dirige, oriente et forme les employés sous sa supervision. Il participe activement à l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin et de l’entreprise, à l’amélioration des procédés et à la résolution de problèmes. Il s’assure que les clients bénéficient d’un service à la clientèle de première qualité dans un environnement agréable et sécuritaire.

**Le rôle**
- Superviser l’exécution du travail selon les priorités établies en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise
- Résoudre les situations problématiques rencontrées en assurant la satisfaction des clients
- S’occuper de la mise en marché en accord avec son directeur
- Superviser le processus de réapprovisionnement
- Gérer les activités de promotion en fonction des ventes
- Participer au recrutement du personnel de son département
- Établir les horaires de travail en s’assurant de respecter le budget d’heures alloué et de répondre adéquatement aux besoins de la clientèle
- Encadrer, encourager et motiver son personnel
- Gérer le personnel de façon continue en matière de rendement au travail et prendre les mesures correctives appropriées, au besoin
- Participer à l’évaluation du rendement et à la formation de son personnel et en assurer le suivi
- Respecter les politiques et procédures de l'organisation.

Salaire: $44,000 - $58,000. Le salaire peut varier selon l'expérience. Le salaire est valide pour le magasin d'où provient l'affichage.
