Internal Affairs Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage student attendance for in-person courses, including tracking sign-ins, managing course materials, and distributing gifts.
- Arrange and configure classroom equipment as needed to ensure the smooth operation of in-person sessions.
- Assist students with accessing course recordings and provide support as needed.
- Accurately update student attendance records to ensure information is up-to-date in the system.
- Promptly respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, including but not limited to class times, locations, materials, and cancellations.
- Assist with additional tasks related to student services as required.
**Key Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Current University of Toronto student.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks meticulously.
- High adaptability with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

**任职要求:**
- 能熟练使用中文工作
- 目前就读于多伦多大学
- 一周至少能够工作2天(视部门实际需求而定)
- 具备Google Sheets相关的基本知识
- 拥有出色的沟通技巧
- 专业的形象和优秀的客户服务技巧
- 具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
- 注重细节,能够认真处理行政任务
- 高度适应能力,能够应对突发情况
- 有类似工作经验者优先考虑
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 24 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
