Maintenance Helper

Assist Maintenance manager with general maintenance of a senior's apartment building.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
repair plaster in the common areas and do painting

assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents

clean HVAC units under supervision (will train)

move garbage and recycling bins in and out of the building on designated days

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required
