**Position Description**:
The** Clinical Research Project Assistant **is a key member of the Research Staffing Core within the Clinical Research Centre. They work closely with the Clinical Research Coordinator, Manager and/or Principal Investigator to assist in study operations.

**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**:

- Obtain informed consent
- Prepare and submit documents for ethics approvals
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Conduct health chart reviews
- Assist with advance preparation for audits and site visits
- Perform data management including checking data for accuracy and completeness, scoring data, entering data and data cleaning
- Prepare study case report forms and assemble packages of questionnaires

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary degree in sciences, social sciences or a health related discipline
- Previous research experience is preferred
- Ability to function independently yet collaboratively within a team
- Effective communication, interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and MEDLINE searches)

**Employment Type**:1.0 FTE Temporary Full-time,1 year contract
