**Location**: Toronto, ON
**Pay**: $95,000 - $110,000

**Hours**: Full Time

One of Ontario's leading General Contractors is growing and is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join their Lowrise Division.

**Requirements**:

- Preparation of the project schedule, Coordination of trades.
- Preparation of the project schedule
- lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Setting up finishing operations and attending PDI inspections

**Skills and Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent role working for a General Contractor
- Experience leading projects from start-finish
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
