ensuring compliance with regulatory board(s)
- helping us maintain our highest level of customer service via mentoring, training and inspiring the team
- all areas of HR related to hiring/maintaining support team
- working with the owners, associates and other team members to maintain and enhance client experience, patient care as well as maintain team morale
- addressing and resolving any concerns that may come up internally or with client experiences
- social media management
- ability to troubleshoot basic IT with or without further assistance from IT supports. It’s an added bonus if you’re versed with Avimark veterinary software, SA (Simply Accounting) and Nethris (payroll)
- staff scheduling
- keeping up with property and equipment maintenance needs (HVAC servicing, x-ray inspection etc)
- ensuring all AP related items are provided to bookkeeper in a timely fashion
- maintaining extended benefits program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
