Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes dynamiques qui sont animées par le désir d’aider les gens pour se joindre à l’équipe effervescente d’assurances auto et habitation du Centre de conseils RBC Assurances. En tant que conseiller autorisé en assurances, vous communiquerez avec les clients par téléphone et vous leur prodiguerez des conseils et solutions qui répondent à leurs besoins individuels. Votre capacité d’offrir un service clientèle de qualité supérieure, de tisser des liens et de gagner la confiance des clients sera essentielle à votre réussite. En gardant en tête votre but ultime de renforcer les relations avec la clientèle, vous contribuerez à un plan de vente individuel et d’équipe dont la réussite repose sur le repérage d’occasions d’affaires, la vente de solutions et les recommandations aux partenaires. *Possibilité de télétravail

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Effectuer les évaluations et revues des besoins personnels et utiliser les outils, les ressources et les calculatrices pour démontrer la valeur et appuyer les recommandations de conseils
- Offrir des conseils et des solutions d’assurance aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins et s’assurer que les clients paient des primes proportionnelles aux risques
- Assurer l’uniformité et la qualité de l’Expérience client dans chaque conversation et résoudre les problèmes au premier appel ; Démontrer sa capacité de communiquer avec les gens en discutant et de faire appel au recours hiérarchique, au besoin
- Faire preuve d’une solide compréhension du risque de réglementation lorsque vous préparez ou mettez à jour les polices des nouveaux clients
- Mettre à profit votre esprit critique pendant les interactions avec les clients afin d’analyser et de déterminer quels risques sont acceptables et inacceptables
- Assurer les services de souscription de première ligne pour le renouvellement d’assurances auto et habitation
- Suivre les procédures efficacement et sans interruption durant les appels

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?**

**Exigences**
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- Certificat valide en assurance de dommages de l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) ou en voie de compléter les examens de L'AMF OU prêt à l'obtenir pendant la formation de RBC.
- La volonté et la capacité de compléter les certifications de l'Ontario et des autres provinces (programme complet de formation offert par RBC Assurances)
- Disponibilité pour faire différents quarts de travail, car notre centre est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 20h30 afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de nos clients
