**OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Director of Analytics & Intelligence, the Manager of Market Intelligence will lead a dynamic team focused on driving insightful decisions within the organization by leveraging customer, competitor, market, pricing and brand intelligence. Drawing on your expertise, you will gather, synthesize, and socialize insights from internal and external sources. Through a data-driven approach, you will equip your team to continuously monitor our environment, analyze performance drivers within product segments, make informed recommendations on plan features and pricing, and contribute to the organization's strategic decision-making process.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop a Market Intelligence practice, catering to various personas across our business.
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to revolutionize market intelligence delivery.
- Assist in the continuous monitoring of product performance.
- Use both internal and external resources to gather information required for analysis.
- Analyze data and reports to prepare presentation(s) to team and/or project team members.
- Collaborate on industry-wide reporting and analysis by sourcing and contributing information.
- Lead the execution of marketplace and competitive reviews to support stakeholders across the organization.

**WHAT YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Minimum of five years of experience in a business environment in a leadership role, with a background in market intelligence or related roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in research methodology, data analysis, and project management.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, capable of working autonomously.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work autonomously.
- Thorough knowledge of data querying tools (SQL) and familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
