O2E Brands is looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team As part of the Finance department, you will get to work with a team of amazing accounting and finance professionals while processing accounts receivable from our franchises. For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

**A Day In The Life**
- Maintain Accounts Receivable records (e.g. invoices, royalty statements, verification files)
in an organized manner
- Process EFT transactions for Accounts Receivable
- Collect information and generate customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis
- Prepare and deliver monthly Accounts Receivable Aging Statements and analysis to
stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of working papers related to Accounts Receivable transactions
- Follow-up on delinquent payments
- Address internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with additional month-end and year-end tasks as required
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Experience working with large volume and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and/ or Google sheets
- Knowledge in Netsuite is an asset
- Experience with processing royalty billings is preferred
- Experience working for multi-currency and medium to large-size organizations with multiple entities

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of full-cycled accounting or accounts receivable related experience
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy on a consistent basis
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or multi-currency is an asset

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- Salary $47,000 to $57,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
